Jenrick Supports ‘Wear It Pink’ for Breast Cancer - 2007

Thank you to all staff for supporting the ‘Wear it Pink’ campaign in aid of Breast Cancer, last Friday (26th October 2007).
 
Between all offices we raised in excess of £200 from staff donations.

Staff from all four offices within the Jenrick Group attended work wearing at least one item of pink – from shirts and socks through to the fairy wings and even leg warmers!

The event was jointly organised by Sandra Bell (PA to CEO) and other head office staff.

Sandra explained why she wanted to support the event:

“I think Breast Cancer is a taboo subject, this was a great opportunity for the whole group to come together and support a campaign that still affects so many women and their families. The day was a great success, some outfits were highly amusing especially when people went out for their lunches. I appreciated the effort everyone made for ‘Wear it Pink”.
