It was in 2006 when I first started working at Jenrick Commercial and I have now reached the milestone of working in the recruitment industry for over 10 years. As our industry doesn’t always get the best press I wanted to create a recruitment company that differed from the usual way a recruitment company worked.
Having thought long and hard about how to change our industry for the better I decided that we should stick to simplicity as well as recruiting the right staff and that’s a motto that has served us well. I believe recruitment should be about honesty, commercial knowledge, great communication and being a true partner with your client and candidate.
My passion in life is my family (married nearly 15 years to the same person, she must be mad!!) and have a young son (Toron) and this is what gives me the energy and determination to do well in life. I love Football, Music (my tastes range from Hip Hop to Jazz Funk), Exercise, Good Food and I live off a Triple Shot Starbucks every day !!!
I believe that in life “What you put in is what you get out”, having a great attitude and working not only hard but smart is most definitely my ethos. My late father taught me “Whenever you do a job, do it properly”.
