Background:
Sims Lifecycle Services are based in Ashford Middlesex and are the market leader in providing sustainable, compliant solutions for the collection, auditing, data destruction, refurbishment, environmentally responsible disposal and re-marketing of IT equipment.
Jenrick have been working with Sims Lifecycle Services since 2007 and most recently recruited a Sales Administration.
The client required someone who had previous experience in account management; managing client requirements on a daily basis, extensive report writing and managing KPI's.
Samantha Coates (Account Manager) originally placed the candidate into the company on a temporary basis but within a very short time they were offered a permanent position, due to how well they were suited to the role.
Prior to recruiting the Sales Administrator position, Jenrick had also placed a Telesales Advisor, a Bilingual Telesales Advisor and Database Administrator within their Head Office.
Sam had direct liaison with the Office Manager. They had a very good understanding of the role, which in turn helped Sam to find exactly the right candidates, in terms of skills, qualifications and also culture-fit.
