We are very pleased to report that the last twelve months have witnessed Jenrick Commercial clearly bucking the trend in this period of economic uncertainty, expanding their customer base and team in the process.
Trevor Lee, Founder and Managing Director, explained how his business had responded to the conditions in more detail:
“I am extremely proud of how our company has coped with such difficult market conditions over the last 12 to 18 months.
We’ve been hearing stories of young companies, similar ourselves, unfortunately going out of business almost daily, yet we have not just survived during this period, but we have actively grown and flourished.
I put our continued success down to the core values that underpin our business model.
Firstly, we are 100% committed to delivering the very best customer service possible. This ensured that when business opportunities arose, we were always at the top of our client’s call list, as they knew we would respond to them as a priority.
Also, we remained upbeat. From talking with other businesses, this was probably one of the most difficult things to do, yet we all made a conscious effort to remain positive at all times and I am sure this came through when we were speaking to clients and candidates.”
The impact of this business approach saw Jenrick Commercial expand its customer base by over 25% during this period, and more importantly has seen them responding far more quickly to the increasing opportunities that are now coming into the market.
“The biggest problem I was facing until recently was having enough staff to action the enquiries we were receiving.
I know that may sound a little crazy, especially when companies are still experiencing head freezes or are still even having to go through additional rounds of redundancy, yet we are facing the complete opposite.
I’m very pleased to announce however that our current search is over as we have just taken on a very experienced Sales Manager. Sarah-Jane Greene, joined us at the beginning of August and comes with a wealth of sales experience matched with an equally high calibre of customer service skills.
We’re looking forward to the impact Sarah-Jane will have upon the business and how it will enable us to kick-on even further!”
