Background:

Jenrick was asked to source an experienced Product Development Manager to head a new team for a large blue-chip company based in Manchester.

Jenrick was the only agency chosen for this assignment, due to a recommendation from an existing client who they had successfully worked with on numerous placements.

The project was to develop and launch a new internal I.T. system and then subsequently manage and co-ordinate further development of the system thereafter.

The client deemed the project as critical to the future success of the business. Therefore it was essential that the candidate not only had substantial (and specific) I.T. development experience, but also their personality would be a sound culture-fit for the organisation as their role would be an integral part of the company’s long-term plans.
