Motorola - November 2009

Background:

Jenrick Commercial has been working with Motorola, the mobile communications giant, since 2006 and recently placed an Internal Recruiter at their Basingstoke office.

Prior to this recruiting for this position, Jenrick Commercial has placed permanent staff within Motorola’s Human Resources and Marketing Departments.

The Internal Recruiter was recruited to support the expansion of the existing team and was specifically required to have Telesales Recruitment experience.

Trevor Lee (Account Manager) visited the client site to ensure he had a thorough understanding of the position. The visit also enables him to provide the client with a clear and detailed assessment of the position, highlighting the potential difficulties that maybe faced when seeking a candidate with such specific skill requirements.
