Mercedes Benz - September 2008

Background:

Jenrick Commercial has been working with Mercedes since 2007 and recently placed a Facilities Manager at their Weybridge site.

Prior to this recent placement Jenrick Commercial have also recruited for a Sales Administrator and an Accountant for the Weybridge office.

The position had been live with other agencies for 6 months. The other agencies failed to generate any suitable candidates.

To ensure Mercedes-Benz received the best possible level of service, and to gain a more thorough understanding of why the other agencies had failed to find suitable candidates, Trevor Lee of Jenrick Commercial conducted a site visit prior to commencing any recruitment activity.

This ensured he, and his team, fully understood the purpose of the role and the working environment the candidate would be working within.

Jenrick Commercial filled the position within only weeks of taking the role from the client.
