&lt;br/&gt;The Team: 
&lt;br/&gt;*The Global Marketing and Branding team is a centralised function that works with the different businesses to market and promote their products and services to a wide variety of audiences. The group is also responsible for protecting and developing the corporate brand.
&lt;br/&gt;*The job holder will work as part of the GMB team but will have specific project driven responsibilities.
&lt;br/&gt;
&lt;br/&gt;Key Accountabilities
&lt;br/&gt;
&lt;br/&gt;The position requires working with key stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives while ensuring company wide consistency. The job holder will be responsible for:
&lt;br/&gt;
&lt;br/&gt;Brand &amp; Positioning 
&lt;br/&gt;
&lt;br/&gt;*Developing the new business brand within the brand hierarchy. Developing the positioning and messaging of the new business to address prospective business to business customers and their ultimate end clients, including retail. Leveraging the existing brand to support the new business proposition.   
&lt;br/&gt;
&lt;br/&gt;Marketing planning and execution
&lt;br/&gt;
&lt;br/&gt;*Developing and executing integrated marketing plans to support business objectives. Ensuring these are delivered within agreed timescales and budget to a wide target audience across a number of channels (email, DM, advertising, events etc).
&lt;br/&gt;
&lt;br/&gt;Resource management
&lt;br/&gt;
&lt;br/&gt;*Working with colleagues in the in-house Creative Services (design) and Event Management teams to deliver either events or materials as required. 
&lt;br/&gt;*Briefing external agencies (advertising, media buying) where necessary, and managing them and the in-house client through the process.
&lt;br/&gt;
&lt;br/&gt;Measurement
&lt;br/&gt;
&lt;br/&gt;*Measuring the impact of marketing campaigns with a view to continuously improving the effectiveness and impact of marketing to the benefit of the business. 
&lt;br/&gt;Product Marketing 
&lt;br/&gt;*Working with the BU teams (both product and sales / account management) to develop materials (print or digital) that articulate the value and product propositions.
&lt;br/&gt;Events
&lt;br/&gt;*In conjunction with colleagues in the in-house Events team, identifying and creating opportunities, co-ordinating participation at external and internally organised events and conferences, that may be of benefit and relevance to the business unit.
&lt;br/&gt;
&lt;br/&gt;Website
&lt;br/&gt;
&lt;br/&gt;*Working with the Web team to create a web presence and content that supports the marketing objectives.  Includes, development of content strategy, ownership of, addition, revision and removal of content from the website. Also working with the web team to develop and implement an effective SEO strategy and a targeted PPC strategy.
&lt;br/&gt;
&lt;br/&gt;Social media
&lt;br/&gt;
&lt;br/&gt;*Development of relevant content across multiple venues and working with the social media team to promote the business through the group's identified social media.
&lt;br/&gt;Finance
&lt;br/&gt;*In conjunction with the Head of Marketing, managing, monitoring and reporting marketing budgets.
&lt;br/&gt;*Making sure that budgets are used in the most effective manner.
&lt;br/&gt;Process
&lt;br/&gt;*Ensuring the relevant sign off processes, branding guidelines and compliance are adhered to.
&lt;br/&gt;*The job holder will need to work closely with the Corporate Communications department to ensure that marketing and communications messages are aligned and efficiently co-ordinated as part of any marketing campaigns.
&lt;br/&gt;
&lt;br/&gt;Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required
&lt;br/&gt;
&lt;br/&gt;Proven project management skills required. Must be a strong team contributor with the ability to work effectively with others, including cross-culturally and with virtual teams. *Educated to degree level.
&lt;br/&gt;*CIM or other marketing qualification.
&lt;br/&gt;*Minimum of five years B2B marketing experience and experience of marketing via a B2B partner to their investor network. 
&lt;br/&gt;*Direct B2C marketing experience also beneficial.
&lt;br/&gt;*Experience of marketing derivatives and related products such as CFDs and FX, preferably with a brokerage firm.</description>

&lt;br/&gt;The role will be to support the Head of Loyalty, Retention and Acquisition in planning and delivering strategic Acquisition communications programmes for for the business.

&lt;br/&gt;You'll be a key decision maker within the team and responsible for using your specialist knowledge of customer acquisition strategy for leading cross functional teams to deliver acquisition programmes of work. Specifically you'll be responsible for defining, owning and reporting on the leads targets and results. Identifying and resolving issues with current acquisition process and initiatives.
