Product Marketing Specialist is required to manage the whole marketing / product launch life cycle of one of the top leading automotive dealerships in the UK.

Reporting directly to the Senior Product Manager you will be required to assist with the launch of new products which includes initial development and planning, paying particular attention to the launch planning to maximise the competitiveness and profitability of each launch.

Working Monday to Friday, 9.00am - 5.30am my client will reward you with a base salary of £20,000 - £25,000 p.a. dependant on experience plus 24 days holiday, pension, healthcare, dental care and a car incentive after the 3 months probation period.

Duties and Responsibilities to include:

· Specification and lifecycles of each model;
· Positioning of each model and identification of the target customer base;
· Detailed pricing of all models and features;
· Maintaining all products on internal data systems (SAP);
· Maintaining the accuracy of model specific finance costings;
· Liaise with After-Sales to integrate accessories into the product offer to maximise competitiveness and margin;
· Liaise with Marketing Programmes Team to propose the consumer packages and promotions to maximise the product offer in each sector;
· Company expert on this sector of the market in terms of competitor product and marketing actions;
· Particular requirement to focus on the fleet sector working closely with fleet team to maximise product competitiveness in the sectors;
· Work as the product expert in presentations and PR events/conferences as necessary;
· Liaison with the Dealer Support Team to ensure the relevant information/vehicles are 'live' on the portal system at the appropriate times;
· Responsible for maintaining and strengthening cross-company communication channels in respect of product issues and news.

The successful Product Marketing Specialist will ideally have Marketing experience within a similar role within the automotive industry. Candidates ideally will be qualified to degree level.
