Junior Business and Process Analyst is required for this specialist company who provide solutions to the defence and manufacturing industry. This position is based in Weybridge, Surrey paying a salary of up to £27,000 p.a. plus great benefits along with excellent career progression opportunities.

This role would ideally suit a graduate with some commercial experience along with excellent communication skills both verbal and written as you will be developing relationships with all levels.

The successful Junior Business and Process Analyst must have a full driving licence as travel to the companies other sites is required (pool car provided).

If you have experience of ERP 'Enterprise Resource Planning' this would be of great benefit.

Working for the Business Process / Systems Analyst duties include:

· Provide client facing business analysis for current systems and processes;
· Researching and finding relevant solutions to suit the business needs;
· Understand, review and document business processes;
· Assist in understanding workflows and business rules; Educate and support users on best industry and company ERP usage;
· Continuous business change and business improvements.
