Senior Administrator / Project Co-ordinator is required for this hugely busy and important position working for one of the Worlds leading companies. This role will be working with the Global Strategic Projects Team based predominately in Weybridge, Surrey but with travel to Brentford, Middlesex supporting the team along with a VP.
You MUST have:
' Knowledge and experience of using web management software;
' Knowledge and experience of managing and interrogating large complex data;
' Able to manage diverse routine and ad hoc administrative projects simultaneously;
' Planning and organisation skills;
' Good attention to details;
' Proven ability to think ahead and take initiative.
Duties will include:
' Provide administrative support for the GSP team, principally: planning and co-ordinating project meetings, events, management of the competency development programme including all materials, locations, travel and liaison with multiple markets globally;
' Provide administrative support for VP Global Strategic Projects including: telephone cover, typing, diary and e-mail management, set up/management of IT collaboration tools e.g. Quickplace and Sametime functions, processing expenses, planning and arranging meetings/events and preparing and booking travel itineraries;
' Manage ad hoc projects;
' Track status of key departmental projects according to agreed protocols, providing regular and ad hoc reports;
' Take prime responsibility for administering the team's input to web-sites;
' Source, collate and distribute information and materials for internal and external meetings liaising with internal contacts world wide and external suppliers;
' Source, collate and analyse information from markets against agreed protocols;
' Act as central point of contact for the Team for Administrative and Office Management issues relating to the wider Department and office services;
' Track and monitor and report to the budget holder on Department budget;
' Liaise with UK Shared Financial Services department and external suppliers to ensure timeliness of billing and supplier payment;
' Design and prepare PowerPoint presentations, excel spreadsheets and provide expert advice to the team on the use of PowerPoint, Excel and other software used within the Department;
