Job Description:
* Network Support Administrator * £25,000 per annum * Role based in Weybridge / Chertsey area *
Working for a large Blue Chip Company
This role requires the holder to be the key office based contact point to pro actively manage and resolve daily issues throughout the Service Network to ensure achievements of business KPI's
Duties will include:
Review and progress issues on Pending Management performance including; resolution of supply issues for spare parts
Where appropriate actively manage and provide monthly stock reports (e.g. Parts, Loan Equipment, Buffer Stock etc)
Management of un-repairable stock
Act as key point of contact for Extended Warranty processes
Collation of all required paperwork and co-ordination of required activities in relation to new Service Account set up
Management of contract renewal documentation
Active co-ordination and resolution of problems raised by key stakeholders
Regular review of KPI's
Administer approvals and purchase orders in relation to area of responsibility
Create, co-ordinate and maintain Technical Training plans and scheduled audit plans across Service Network
Responsible for process management relating to service network
Working within a team of Network Support Executives and provide cross product support where necessary/requested
Experience and Skills required:
Proven experience of SAP is essential
Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel
Design and compilation of require reports
Proven capability to carry out business related internet research
Ability to interpret, digest and summarise wide range of service data
Knowledge of Consumer Legislation is an advantage
Knowledge of Quality Management and Auditing is an advantage
