Job Description:
* Facilities Advisor * £25,000 - £27,000 per annum * Initial 6 month contract * Working for a large Blue Chip company in Weybridge, Surrey

This is a great opportunity to work for a fantastic company based in Weybridge. The role is an initial 6 month contract and we are looking for an experienced Facilities Advisor.

This is a very busy and varied role and will suit someone who is highly organised and has a patient nature.

Duties for the role will include:
To be proactive in managing the facilities function operationally in order to meet the needs of the business
To manage the landlords requirements and expectations in the best interest of the company
To manage office services to include: canteen, postal services, cleaning, stationery and printing, mobiles, telephones and office equipment
Initial review and comment on facilities contracts for review and approval by finance and legal
To manage office equipment/facilities; photo copiers, fax machines, furniture, vending facilities when required etc
To organise quarterly office functions and corporate events; team building days, Christmas parties etc
To manage reception services
Liaise with security and be responsible for emergency call outs
To manage and oversee project work relating to relocations, refurbishments etc
To manage the company's car fleet requirements in a cost effective manner
to receive and administer requests for vehicles
to maintain accurate records
to administer all documentation relating to company vehicles; registration documents, insurance, MOT, servicing and repair work

Skills and Experience required:
Previous experience within a Facilities role is essential
Previous experience in assisting in an office move will be a huge advantage
Experience of contract negotiations
The ability to achieve cost reduction
Strong people management skills as you will be responsible for one member of staff(the receptionist)
Pro-active and positive personality
NEBOSH certificate would be advantageous as there may be some basic Health and Safety requirements
