Team Co-ordinator/Administrator is required to be based within a fast paced and challenging environment supporting a medium sized team including Senior Management.
We are looking for someone that has a strong background in team administration which is headed by at least Senior Management level. You must have some project management experience with the ability to plan and manage small projects.
Duties to include:
Position provides dynamic administration support to support the busy team and other R&D teams. Including the Commercial VP & R&D VP;
Setting up Administration systems and processes;
Management of Team budget, including the setting up and management of purchase orders and invoices;
Travel - arrange and coordinate travel and logistics for the department;
Meeting management set-up and coordinate meeting arrangements including large attendance meetings;
Office Management - Mail, invoices, office supply management, report co-ordination, budget management, administration, and production of PowerPoint and reports for Senior Leadership Team meetings;
Prepare and submit expense reports;
Set up and management of IT Collaboration tools e.g. Instant Messaging functions providing relevant training and support;
Manage sickness and holiday processes for aligned customer groups, to include updating electronic record system;
Source, collate and distribute information and materials for internal and external meetings, liaising with internal contacts and external suppliers, e.g. advertising and marketing agencies;
The environment is fast paced, and challenging, and provides the opportunity to work with a variety of people.
The successful candidate must also have experience of working with third party agencies, understanding of brand management concepts and experience of working with international teams.
You must also have a high knowledge and skill in the use of Intranet, Internet, Email, Word, Excel and have outstanding PowerPoint formatting and creative skills.
