Job Description:
* Project Cost Administrator - Advanced Excel skills required * Up to £12 per hour * Role based in Tadworth * 6 month contract * Working for a very large and successful company
We are looking for someone with advanced Excel skills. You will be required to know complex formulas, pivot tables and compiling complex reports.
Duties for this role will include:
· Liaising with external project management company and internal staff
· Processing incentive payments to customers
· Liaising with the right departments to push payments through
· Setting up and tracking 2010 business plans and monitoring against plans
· Calculating rebate payments made to customers in 2009
· Liaising with the field force looking after divested products, and dealing with queries relating to the above
· Assisting with general reporting requirements
· Creation of monthly reports
Candidates applying for this role must have strong office/business experience, preferably in a similar role.
