Job Description:
* Assistant to PA - Pharmaceuticals * £10 - 12 per hour * Role based in Tadworth with travel to France * 6 month contract
We are recruiting for someone to assist the PA in a department called Speciality Care for a Pharmaceuticals company.
The role will include
· Diary Management across several countries in Europe
· Arranging travel
· Booking meeting rooms
Ideally candidates will have experience working to different time zones and experience of all the above bullet point.
Candidate will need to have excellent organisational and communication skills and have the ability to stay calm under pressure.
