Client Account Manager* Pensions Software
Surrey * £70,000 - £90,000 plus excellent benefits
Our client is a well known supplier of life and pensions administration software solutions, based in Surrey. They are now looking for an experienced Client Manager. You will have a strong account management background, excellent relationship building capabilities and FS sector experience. Your main responsibilities are to:
*Meet or exceed agreed revenue and profit targets for existing FS sector clients
*Execution of agreed account management framework, maintaining up to date account plans
*Develop relationships with key FS client personnel, including at the most senior levels with decision-making & budget responsibility
*Production and maintenance of account plans for agreed FS sector clients
*Close liaison with the Client Director (FS) to ensure that any FS client issues are addressed in a timely manner
You will therefore have a track record of successful account management in the FS sector. Account development within a software application business will be highly advantageous as will previous experience within the life & pensions market.
