Job Description:
One of the UK's leading healthcare companies, who provide a whole range of products and services to customers is seeking a proven Senior Acquisition Manager. You don't necessarily need medical experience and you will receive support.

The role will be to support the Head of Loyalty, Retention and Acquisition in planning and delivering strategic Acquisition communications programmes for for the business.

You'll be a key decision maker within the team and responsible for using your specialist knowledge of customer acquisition strategy for leading cross functional teams to deliver acquisition programmes of work. Specifically you'll be responsible for defining, owning and reporting on the leads targets and results. Identifying and resolving issues with current acquisition process and initiatives. Creating, recommending and leading the cross-functional implementation of new acquisition strategic initiatives across the wider team; and be the point of contact for all information relating to Acquisition Comms activity.

Key Responsibilities
*Supporting the Head of Loyalty, Retention and Acquisition and the wider Comms team in achieving the agreed acquisition targets. And ensure acquisition activities are delivered within agreed timescales and budget.
*Leading the delivery of Acquisition Comms Strategy, project management, management of cross-functional teams and budgets
*Work closely with the Comms Planning team and media agencies to integrate strategies and understand new opportunities
*Network and research externally to bring industry best practice to the business
*Monitoring and reporting on lead numbers and alters strategy appropriately to respond to change
*Work closely with the Service and Sales functions to develop close working relationships and co-ordinate all acquisition activity from a communications and messaging perspective
*Work closely with the Actuarial, Finance and Insight teams to ensure that activities are being measured and evaluated for success against objectives
*Providing regular reporting and updates for the stakeholders on the status and success of the different activities
*Liaising with and develop external agency/supplier relations for effective acquisition communications activity co-ordination and management
*To act as a subject matter expert/technical lead in relation to acquisition communications
The ideal skill set would be:
*Educated to degree level or equivalent experience
*Diploma in Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) or Chartered Institute of Direct Marketing (IDM) desirable
*Demonstrable commercial experience through an understanding of commercial drivers
*A track record in delivering and executing acquisition strategy and leads
*Strong communication, presentation and influencing skills
*Ability to translate research, customer feedback and insight into actionable plans
*Strong analytical and numeric skills
*Excellent planning and organisational abilities
*Experience of managing individuals or demonstrate a willingness and ability to manage people
*Experience of influencing at senior leadership team level
*Able to lead & work within a cross functional project team both in terms of idea generation and delivery
*Experience of managing and developing budgets for business approval
