A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a very well established luxury 4 star hotel based in the Staines area. Our client is looking for a Chef de Partie to join their busy team to provide the highest quality al a carte dining at one of the restaurants on site. The position offers a live in or live out option amongst other fantastic benefits.
Responsibilities:-
· Monitor the cooking, chilling and storage of foods.
· Plan the preparation, production and cooking of food to ensure guest satisfaction
· Order foodstuffs as required and ensure that stock is rotated, labelled and stored appropriately
· Liase with other departments as appropriate to ensure the smooth service of food from the kitchen
· Create ideas for menus suggestions
· Bring maintenance issues to the attention of the relevant persons
Ideally our client is looking for someone with experience of chef work however attitude and personality is more important to this role.
