Job Description:
* Telesales Advisor * £16,000 per annum plus bonus * 6 month contract * Role based in Newport

This role is working for a company that offer recycling solutions to companies globally and provides businesses with solutions that promote the highest ethical and environmental standards. We are recruiting for experience Telesales Advisors to work in their offices based in Newport. This role is starting ASAP and will be an initial 6 month contract paying £16,000 per annum.

You will be part of a small team who will support the Direct Marketing Manager in generating new business leads through outbound calling to introduce the company to prospective clients.

Duties for the role will include
· Making outbound calls to potential clients to introduce the company services
· Establish the requirements and services that prospective clients may need
· Administration of the CRM database including data input
· Keep up to date with the recycling and waste market to become more informed
· Handle objections and over come them

Skills and Experience required
· Previous experience within a telesales role is essential
· Someone with a pro active approach to outbound calling
· Someone who is self motivated, confident with excellent communication skills
· Ability to stay calm under pressure
· Reliable, driven and ambitious
· Willingness to learn and expand within the role - they want to see someone who sees this role as a career not just a job
· Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Outlook
