Job Description:
* Business Development Executive * £25,000pa (£40,000 OTE) * Role based in Newbury * Role working for a UK Leading Specialist Recruitment Consultancy

We currently provide online recruitment systems and outsourcing services to major employers in the UK, Europe, US and Middle East.

We have grown continuously over the years and now have an exciting opportunity for a new Business Development Executive to help us to continue to grow in all of our markets.

We are looking for a soft sales person. We do not want someone who is use to being targeted on X amount of calls per day. We are looking for someone to fully research the company before the call so you really understand their business and where you feel our company could assist them. We are looking at 5-10 really good quality calls per day.

Key responsibilities in the role will be:
· Contacting prospect clients by phone on the back of ongoing marketing activity
· Desk research into prospect client organisations - current status, news, size, recruitment process and requirements etc
· Arranging meetings for the Head of Business Development
· Preparing detailed meeting briefing packs
· Recording details of contact made, outcomes, next steps etc
· Managing the database of prospect clients
· Inviting prospect clients to events
· Monitoring media news sources at all times for relevant information

The right candidate for this role will be an experienced, business to business sales professional with a proven track record.

Ideally you will come from a researcher, recruitment, executive search background and have experience of selling into FTSE100 / FTSE250 organisations as well as SMEs
