Second Chef * Sous Chef * Soho * Up to £18K * Free Meals and Uniform.
Working for a traditional pub/restaurant based near Soho our client are seeking a Second/Sous Chef to assist with the growth in the business. The position is an immediate start and this is also a new position within the site.
Duties will include
*Hands on Cooking with Fresh Produce
*Assisting the Head Chef with Call Orders
*Stock Rotation
*Call Order
*Food Ordering
*Assisting with Staff Rotas
*Helping with Specials and Menu Planning.
The ideal candidate will have proven Second/Sous Chef experience preferably working with fresh produce, the position DOES NOT involve split shifts and is a 5 days on 2 days off position.
