EMEA Recruitment Manager

POSITION PURPOSE

Support Hiring Managers and Country HR teams to drive recruitment activity to attract and recruit high quality candidates who will contribute to the company achieving its financial and strategic goals.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

Work with the EMEA Talent Acquisition team to build out hiring strategies for the client group in conjunction with the leadership team and HR Business Partners
Translate strategies and interventions into clear plans of action and drive through implementation in partnership with the business
Support Hiring Managers and Country HR teams in driving recruitment activity across the region. Level of involvement will vary depending on maturity of recruitment processes in countries but will cover - sourcing, selection and offer management
Use functional expertise to guide and coach managers through the talent acquisition process - includes determining requirements, agreeing search approach, defining selection and assessment processes etc.
Work with the EMEA Talent Acquisition team to establish best practice recruitment methods and process across the region to ensure we attract and recruit high quality candidates
Guide and coach managers on assessment and interview techniques to ensure that everyone operates to the same level of excellence, as required
Engage with a variety of internal stakeholders at multiple levels/country location regarding recruitment activities
Work with the EMEA Talent Acquisition team and HR to develop effective reporting tools to track and communicate recruitment progress
Direct and develop business school and UK universities graduate activity as required
Develop EMEA wide Recruitment Supplier relationships as required.
Work with Global and EMEA Talent Acquisition Centre of Excellence and Consulting HR Business Partners to develop recruitment collateral, include employee value proposition materials, to raise clients profile in the market as an employer of choice

KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Bachelor's degree plus five years of related experience
In depth experience of end to end recruitment and recruiting at all levels
Experience of recruiting at an EMEA level is desirable but not essential
Demonstrated ability to source candidates and create effective recruiting strategies
Demonstrated experience of introducing best practice recruitment processes
Demonstrated experience of managing a contingency and search agency supplier base, negotiating rates, running agency communication events and creating candidate and agency attraction collateral
Excellent communication and influencing skills at all levels within the business are essential
Computer proficiency is essential (Word, Excel, Peoplesoft)
Fluency in other languages would be an advantage but not essential
Must be able to build strong internal and external business relationships
Must be able to work as part of a team as well as independently
Experience of working within professional services or the pharmaceutical industry would be an advantage
