An experienced Chef or hands on Kitchen Manager with a cooking background is required for this cool and contemporary bar and kitchen based in the heart of Hertford.

This is a well established establishment and is considered one of the town's most stylish and versatile venues.

The kitchen is open from 9.30am every morning serving up anything from traditional freshly cooked big breakfasts to fresh coffee and pastries. Throughout the day, the kitchen serves up a delight of lunches and dinners - all freshly cooked and prepared from fresh ingredients.

In the evening this establishment turns into a trendy wine bar environment and is certainly one of the best places to go on night out.

The successful Chef will be a hands on manager who is able to demonstrate your ability to train, develop, motivate and lead a great team. High standards are essential to the success of this establishment therefore you must be able to demonstrate your skills and experience.

As this particular establishment is run by a Brand, Chefs must be willing to work within the realms of specification. Having said that there is plenty of opportunity to be creative on special events throughout the year.

Accommodation is available for this role, live in salary is £23,000; live out salary is £26,000 p.a.
