Customer Service Co-ordinator is required for this leading IT Consultancy who are a global leader in unique technology. Based just outside Guildford town centre, working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm you will be responsible for supporting the companies 1600 IT users.

This role is NOT a technical role so technical IT knowledge is not essential but if you have basic understanding you may find that of an advantage.

Responsibilities:

· Based within the Guildford Headquarters on the IT Helpdesk supporting internal user community of 1600 users;
· IT Helpdesk call management of Service Request and Incident calls, received predominantly via email;
· Ensuring service request tasks are created and assigned to the correct team;
· Call prioritisation and escalation of service request within defined best practice processes;
· Updating and progressing outstanding service request calls on a regular basis and providing feedback to the user of call progression at all times;
· Production of SLA reporting to monitor and escalate Service Request calls as required;
· Integration with other group teams to ensure that service requests are escalated and resolved within the Service Level Agreements.
· Occasional overtime, out of hours work and the flexibility to work at other locations may be required from time to time.

The successful Customer Service Co-ordinator will have excellent very strong communication skills both verbal and written. You will need to have proven experience of working unsupervised, work well under pressure and have strong organisation skills.

Due to the nature of this company, you will need to be Security Cleared so must hold a British passport AND have lived and worked in the UK for at least the last 5 years.
