Job Description:
* HR Administrator * £18,000 - £20,000 per annum * Initial 3 month contract with a high potential to go Permanent * Based in Guildford * Working for a large and successful IT Business Consultancy
We have received a new opportunity from our client who are based in Guildford. We are looking for an HR Administrator to join their friendly team to assist with on boarding.
Main duties will include
· Sending out reference request forms for successful candidates
· Chasing reference requests
· Collating and writing up returned references
· Dealing with mail into the department
· Updating spreadsheets on a daily basis
· Sending out reports from Excel to internal managers
· You could also assist with SC and DV security clearance for candidates
Our client is ideally looking for someone from an HR background who is interested in pursuing the security clearance/referencing side of their role.
If you do not come from an HR background our client is happy to see strong and stable administration CV's.
