Job Description:
* Finance Process Mapper * £400 per day * Initial 10 week contract which could extend * Role based in Gatwick, West Sussex * Working for a very large and successful company

We are currently recruiting for a Finance Process Mapper to work an initial 10 week contract starting ASAP. The role will be based in Gatwick, West Sussex and may involve some travel to Glasgow.

The successful candidate will be responsible for producing As Is and best practice To Be process maps which support the replacement of Oracle Financial Analyser with Hyperion Planning.

Key Accountabilities
· To produce As Is Finance reporting and planning process maps
· To produce To Be process maps which will
a) Define the desired business process
b) Assist in the designing of Hyperion Planning
c) Support the building of Hyperion Planning against business requirements
d) Act as a support tool to drive the implementation
e) Act as a support tool for user training
· To facilitate workshops to define the To Be solution
· To create and communicate workshop outputs
· To follow up on workshops with individuals as required
· To ensure sign off agreement of all output
· Be the interface between the business and Hyperion Planning implementation partner

Qualifications and Experience required
· Significant process mapping experience (ability to capture and document As Is and To Be and apply best practise to transform processes where possible)
· Understanding of business process standards (experience of BPMN would be an advantage)
· Strong workshop facilitation skills (ability to manage strong characters and keep focused on objectives and timescales of the sessions)
· Experience of working with a 3rd party implementation partner (this would be advantageous)
· An understanding of business accounting (preferable)
· Any references to working with Hyperion, experience of financial reporting plus a consultancy background are all useful
