Assistant Restaurant and Bar Manager is required for this flagship site in Fleet, Hampshire. This is the busiest site within the company where 75% of their gross profit is in food and turn over 2,700 covers per week at peak times.
Inside the establishment guest are welcomed with candlelit dining and open fires along with a huge decking area outside where they can enjoy the beautiful views and sunshine.
To accompany the food there is a extensive choice o quality wines and real ales.
This is a busy site where we are looking for someone to come from a branded background in an Assistant Manager position or someone with extensive steady employment looking to make the next step.

This position is available to Live In (£16,750) or Live Out (£18,322).
