Newly Qualified Management Accountant * Feltham, Middlesex * Global Company * ASAP * c. £28,000 p.a. *

Newly qualified Management Accountant is required for this global leading specialist company who employ over 50,000 employees worldwide and operate in 50 countries over 6 continents.

Reporting into the Finance Director you will play an integral role within the Finance team; working Monday to Friday, 40 hours a week based in Feltham, Middlesex.

General Objective:

Maintain a clear and transparent process in the accurate reporting of results, whilst providing a first class service to customers, both internal and external

Job Purpose:

Ensure timely reporting of results, whilst maintaining control of balance sheet and meeting the demands of global SOx program.

Key Accountabilities:

' Balance Sheet Control - reconciliation of balance sheet accounts;
' SOx - Perform process walk-through's and testing;
' Audit - external and internal audits to support balance and assertions;
' Fixed Assets - control of fixed asset register and assistance with CAPEX budgets;
' VAT - VAT returns and reconciliation of VAT liability;
' National Statistics - return of questionnaires from the office of national statistics;
' General Ledger Journals - creation of General Ledger journals.

Education and Experience:

Newly qualified accountant or studying towards a professional accounting qualification (finalist) and ideally have experience in account environment with the ability to understand and asses internal controls with strong analytical skills.

Good PC skills are essential, preferably familiar with SAGE Accpac and Excel.
