Job Description:
* Aftersales Manager * OTE £75,000 p.a. - £50,000 p.a. £25,000 * Automotive * Prestigious Automotive Company * Sales Only * Cobham, Weybridge, Walton, Esher Area - Surrey *
Aftersales Manager is required for one of the worlds leading automotive companies based in the Cobham, Walton and Weybridge area.
This is a very high level position both within the company and levels in customer service.
Reporting into the General Manager this role includes:
· Developing budgets and business plans;
· Continually review and monitor the departments progress, using daily operating controls;
· Prepare in liaison with the Finance Department staff monthly accounts and management;
· Maintain workshop productivity records;
· Ensure all warranty claims are credits are administered;
· Ensure all car reconditioning and new car preparation is complete;
· Develop and implement effective service marketing plan;
· Development and retention of business;
· Ensure all customer complaints are dealt with effectively;
· Undertake recruitment and development of all departmental staff;
