* HR Administrator * £18,000 - £20,000 per annum * Initial 5 month contract * Working in Cobham, Surrey

We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR Administrator to join a very friendly team at a School in Cobham. Working hours are Monday to Friday 8:30am 4:30pm

The main focus of this role is to support the HR Manager in providing HR Administration, processes and practises in a timely and efficient manner while looking for opportunities to reduce and improve administration processes.

Main duties will include:
Effective utilisation of HR database and ensure it is accurate and up to date at all times
Ensure the efficient, accurate and timely administration of payroll
Responsible for all day to day pension and benefits administration
Produce reports and documentation when required to effectively analyse the business
Oversee the accurate implementation of all changes to personal information, salary changes, bonus payments, benefits, personal details
Assist in the production of annual salary surveys as requested
Provide assistant to ensure the smooth running and effectiveness of annual recruitment campaigns
Attend recruitment fairs as necessary and act as ambassador for the school to encourage applicants the recruitment fairs will be national and international so travel may sometimes be required and may include weekends
Complete all necessary starter paperwork for new teachers
Process and monitor all CRB checks

Skills and experience required:
It is desirable if the applicant is CPP qualified
Previous experience as an HR Administrator
