What skills do you need to have, and be able to demonstrate?
*Strong agency experience and understanding
*Excellent PR skills; writing, client handling, media relations, planning etc..
*Desire to work as part of a small team initially, but grow with an organisation
*A 'need' to be successful and get results
*Comfortable working by yourself on occasions and taking responsibility for projects
*Happy to get 'stuck-in' and reach goals
