Food and Beverage Manger is required for my client's busy site based in Chessington, Surrey. We are looking for an experienced Food and Beverage Manager who has experience managing a busy site.

This is a vital role with this establishment and it's key that the successful candidate is hands on, a great team motivator, strong character and is passionate about the food industry.

You will be responsible for 3 direct reportees who in turn are responsible for c. 100 members of staff, so people management skills are a must.

Duties include:

· Responsible for the successful performance of all food and beverage outlets;
· Lead and mentor the Food & Beverage Operations teams in providing exceptional customer service;
· Development and implementation of innovative promotional and sales events;
· Assist in the preparation of the annual Food and Beverage Operations Budget and achieve the objectives;
· Develop and maintain close and effective working relationship with all supporting departments;
· Ensure that monthly financial obligations to budgets and forecasts for food & beverage revenues, expenses and productivity are accurate and on target;
· Contributor in maintaining the strategic goals and plans;
· Promote and ensure a clean and safe working environment, with continual emphasis on promoting employee health and safety
