Job Description:
* Customer Service Advisor * £9.50 per hour * Role based in Chertsey * Initially 3 month contract * Working for a very large and successful blue chip company
We have a new opportunity for a Customer Service Advisor to join a fantastic company based in Chertsey, Surrey. The role is starting ASAP and will be working on a temporary basis for an initial 3 months.
Duties will include
· To support the customer service team based in Chertsey
· Dealing with customer complaints and requests via email, fax and post
· Raising customer exchanges
· Communicating with the customer contact centres in the UK and Ireland
· Actioning work queries
Skills and Experience required
· Educated to A-Level of equivalent
· Customer service experience
· Proficient in Word and Excel
· Use of SAP would be an advantage
· Excellent telephone manner and strong communication skills
· If you have knowledge of consumer legislation in the UK or an understanding of product liability claims this would be a great advantage
