Part Time Team Administrator is required for this global organisation who research, develop and launch well know consumer products. This role is working 19.5 hours per week.
Based in Brentford, Middlesex the offices are very modern, friendly and an excellent fun working environment.
This is an exciting role to start as soon as possible, working Monday to Friday providing general administrative support to the Globalisation Team. You will be reporting into the VP of the Team who will use you as a PA from time to time.
You must have a strong background in team administration as well as reporting and being responsible for at least one Senior Manager. Have excellent oral and written communication skills, able to work under pressure and pay close attention to detail.
' Provides administrative support to team and some departments;
' Responsible for all aspects of Travel arrangements - including coordinating itineraries, booking flights, hotels, car hire, arranging visas for foreign travel and acting as point of contact for employee travel enquiries;
' Sets up and manages overhead purchase orders and invoices for team;
' Monitors Travel & Entertainment spend;
' Investigates and implements cost-saving measures for Travel & Entertainment spend, researching alternative options and recording savings;
' Coordinates meeting arrangements for team as required;
' Mail, invoices, office supply/stationery management, raising payment requests & processing overhead invoices;
' Provides advice and guidance to visiting VPs & Directors as needed;
' Resolves queries from external suppliers and escalates as appropriate;
' Assists with set up and management of IT Collaboration tools e.g. Instant Messaging functions providing relevant training and support;
' Manages expenses;
' Manages sickness and holiday processes for team, to include updating electronic iTAG record system.
