Job Description:
Creative and experienced Bar Manager is required to join to this luxury five star Surrey establishment.
Holding Michelin Stars and multiple AA Rosette Stars, we are looking for a Bar Manager who can work to exceptional high standards at running this classy Cocktail, Wine and Champagne bar; which is considered to be impressive not only for its surroundings but its award winning cocktails.
We are looking for someone who has worked for a luxury establishment within a Bar Management position.
Duties to include:
' Staff Management (12);
' Budgeting;
' Creating new cocktails;
' Creative thinker who can drive the bar forward;
' Staff development;
' Providing a first class customer experience
The successful Bar Manager must have extensive knowledge of spirits, wines, whiskeys and champagne along with proven successful experience working in a similar establishment.
You must have a passion for this industry, who is an excellent staff motivator and wants to work for a establishment where you have creative flare on driving the business forward.
