The Jenrick Experience Award

Jenrick introduced a unique quarterly award at the beginning of 2007, to give every member of the company the opportunity to apply for £1,000 (3 times a year), to be put towards making a dream come true.

Trevor Lee, Managing Director of our Commercial Division, was one person who was key in helping this award become adopted within the company:

“After seeing something similar working extremely well within one of my clients’ companies, I had a discussion with our C.E.O. and Marketing Manager about how we could adapt it for our team. We took the idea to the entire management team and together agreed to introduce the ‘Jenrick Experience’ – the opportunity to receive £1,000 to put towards any idea of your choice.

So far, one of our consultants has purchased digital hearing aids for their Grandmother - making a huge improvement to her quality life and that of her family.

Another is planning to send her blind grandaughter, as a special guest, to a concert of her favourite opera singer, who is also blind.

We’ve had an abundance of other suggestions too and I, along with the rest of the team, have been really pleased with how this initiative is growing in popularity.”
