Interim Deputy Manager - Aug 2009

Background:

Trevor Lee has recently placed an Interim Deputy Manager on a 6 month fixed term contract at Clare House, a BUPA Nursing Home in Walton-on-Thames.
      
BUPA has been working with Jenrick Commercial since 2006, however this is the first position that Jenrick has recruited for within the Care division of the Group. Prior to this, Jenrick has recruited a numerous staff for BUPA’s head office.
    
This was the first opportunity filled and it was a difficult role based on a mass shortage of care associated candidates.

To help Trevor successfully fill the vacancy, he visited the site to gain a complete understanding of both the position and also the working environment of the care home and the team.
