BUPA - Customer Service Project

BUPA, the biggest UK private medical sector insurers, requested the assistance of Jenrick Commercial with an extremely large project for their Staines office. The project was to recruit for their Customer Service Department to meet a substantial expansion plan.

Due to the size of the recruitment drive, BUPA had been struggling to fill the required positions. The Service Team Manager at the Staines site, subsequently called Jenrick to see if they could help.

Trevor Lee, Managing Director of Jenrick Commercial, immediately allocated a team to focus the BUPA account and achieved the first wave of successful placements within an extremely short time period. After this success, further waves of recruitment have already been scheduled throughout the year.
