Just to confirm that our offer letter went out to Tessa on Thursday last week by email and in the post. I had a lovely email back from her telling me she was over the moon so I have high hopes that everything will work really well!

Just wanted to thank you for your assistance and support with what proved to be a difficult recruit.

As you know, any of your candidates could probably have done the job, but personality and "fit" were key to me.

I think that you coming in to see Jo and me halfway through the process when things were not going well, really helped you understand what type of person we were looking for and I am grateful that you took the time and trouble to do that.

I am sure that Tessa will be an asset to the department.
